Diameter-thickness ratio influence on large civil aircraft fuse pins’ strength

چکیده

The emergency break-away technology of civil aircraft is particularly important to the safety aircraft, and fuse pin key realization technology. A type pylon was taken as research object. Firstly, finite element structure model established by ABAQUS, explicit dynamic algorithm used study process load pins. Secondly, shear failure test designed verify accuracy model. Finally, influence diameter-thickness ratio on mode pins studied. Comparing with theoretical value, it can be concluded that simulated values were in good agreement under a certain range diameter -thickness ratio, which provided references for selection real
